We will accept returns and exchanges 14 days after delivery. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise under these conditions: apparel is unwashed and unworn, decks are still shrink wrapped, and mounting hardware is in original packaging. All hats and beanies are final sale due to health standards. Orders placed with a promo code are not eligible for returns. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

We are NOT responsible for any return shipping charges unless the items are covered under our warranty program detailed below. If you live in the Lake Elsinore area we can always set-up an in-person exchange or return to avoid shipping fees.

Pástel Skateboards Deck Warranty Program

We stand behind our decks 100% and aim to give you the quality you come to expect. Manufacturer defects are rare. Cracked top and/or bottom ply veneers around the truck baseplate and/or mounting hardware are the most common warranty inquiries in the skateboard industry, however, be mindful those cracks are nearly always the result of normal wear and tear (e.g., you did not land bolts). Normal wear and tear on any deck is expected, but performance should never be compromised throughout the lifespan of your Pástel Skateboard. Our decks are guaranteed against manufacture defects so hit us up if you think there’s a problem. We’ll make it right with you, don’t trip.

  1. Contact information (name, address, email and phone number).
  2. Photos of the problem (the more detail, the better). 
  3. Where you purchased the product (shop name, website, etc).
  4. Any other useful information about the deck (graphic description, date purchased, etc).

Upon review, we will contact you to confirm whether or not your board can be replaced within the perimeters of our deck warranty program.
